Maybe one of the funnest (is that a word?) parts of my job is seeing how surprised people are when a product actually does what we say it will do. When this superhunky friend-of-a-friend was complaining about his complexion, especially about breakouts and ingrown hairs. I asked what he used on his face to clean it. “Bar soap—the same as I use on my hair and body,” he replied. My spirits sank: clearly he was straight. I gave him a bottle of this cleanser and saw him again about three weeks later when he rushed up to me. “Dude, take a look at my face!” (“No problemo,” I said to myself.). “That stuff actually works!” He now uses almost everything we make, but draws the line at wearing the Nancy Boy t-shirt. Check back though, because I’m working on him big-time.

People who like it say 1) it makes their face feel “like it did when I was little after my bath and I was all clean” 2) it has cleared up adult acne, ingrown hairs and other chronic skin ailments 3) note its effectiveness on ultra-sensitive skin when other products have caused rashes and breakouts

People who didn’t like it 1) like a sudsier, more detergent-like product
