This light and refreshing aloe-based after-shave is alcohol-free and was formulated especially for sensitive skin. The fresh clean scent is derived only from steam-distilled cucumbers. Cucumbers are also wonderfully healing for your just-shaved skin, which drinks in this replenishing formula, leaving no sticky residue. We add a touch of witch hazel for gentle toning, but rather than use the commonly available type to which alcohol is added, we’ve sourced an all-natural witch hazel hydrosol (a steam distillation of the actual witch hazel plant). Rose hip oil is another miracle emollient—goes on smooth, absorbs quickly, lasts all day. We probably would have been happy to use our signature shave cream forever, but all these shaving aficionados kept banging on our doors and demanding that we add a new variety (sure they're virile, but do they shave more than, like, three times a day?) so we set to work. Now we're glad they pestered because this cucumber-based version is so light, fresh and amazing for your skin. Our secret? No, don't beat us, we're not (too) into that. We'll tell you. This “new” product, currently in vogue with shavers of both sexes, is actually a throwback to the days when a man’s barber shaved him each day (if he could afford it). The name of the game in shaving has always been lubrication and nothing lubricates better than the lightest, all-natural, high-grade botanical oils.
