We're in business to please our customers, no ifs, ands or buts. So if something you've purchased doesn't satisfy you, please let us know via email or by calling us, and we will cheerfully and expeditiously refund your purchase.
Gift Packaging
We do offer gift packaging for a charge of four dollars, which includes a gift box and signature blue ribbon.* Please note that every gift set (any item in the "Gifts" section of the website) is already gift-packaged, so there is no need to request gift packaging for these items.
*The only product for which gift packaging is unavailable is the laundry soap (tub and bag), due simply to its size. If you are sending this item as a gift, simply indicate that fact in the "comments" box and we'll add complimentary signature ribbon.
