Whenever someone with salt & pepper hair, my favorite kind, walks into the store, I force him or her to try this product. Literally, nine times out of ten, they buy it. (The other 10% are so freaked out by my forwardness that I simply give them one to try and they always come back and buy). Something about the lanolin makes the black part really sleek, like an otter’s pelt, and the gray part really silvery and distinguished. There’s nothing like this on the market, I think because the lanolin is so expensive--you can't just make it, it comes from living things. It’s also great for people with any kind of color highlight in their hair because it intensifies and deepens it.

People who like it say 1) it is unlike anything they’ve used before and has changed their whole look, that they get loads of compliments when no one used to notice their hair before 2) that their hair was always just “boring brown” but using it has brought out red highlights they never knew were there 3) that they don’t have time/energy to use it every day but when they go out, they love feeling like they look the best/sexiest they’ve ever looked

People who didn’t like it said 1) they hate any kind of greasy feeling on their hair 2) that it doesn’t provide enough hold
