This product is great for guys with all skin types, but works especially well for oilier skin because it contains natural witch hazel hydrosol as well as a very small amount of natural grain alcohol.  These ingredients, in combination with the natural peppermint essential oil, impart a bracing cooling tingle to just shaved skin.

Because it's composed mostly (75%) of aloe vera, the healing wonderplant, this gel soothes and moisturizes your skin. We figure if you’re going to go the bracing route, do it in a way that’s kind to your face. You and it are going to be together for a while.

Since we created this product in 2002,  a sizable number of brands have emerged with copies. One that rhymes with Jack Black markets a "cooling gel”  that even contains lavender and rosemary oils, two of the three ingredients in our Signature blend. Oddly, they’re just missing the peppermint oil, the single ingredient that imparts the natural cooling sensation. Maybe a representative from their company comes to your house and blows on your face.

4oz/118ml

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: After you’ve shaved, rinse your face with warm water and dry it off with a towel. Start with a dab of the aftershave and either apply it directly to your face and rub it around to cover or apply it to your hands, rub them together and then transfer the product from your hands to your face. Make sure to cover the part of your neck where you’ve shaved. After the product has been absorbed into your skin, you can apply facial moisturizer if your skin tends to be dry.

INGREDIENTS: Aloe vera, glycerin, distilled water, essential oils, witch hazel hydrosol, propylene glycol, alcohol.

PEOPLE WHO LIKE IT say “the sensory experience is worth getting up for,” it smells “unbelievably refreshing” going on but that the smell doesn’t linger, that the use of the shave cream and after-shave in tandem have eliminated shaving problems they’ve had since adolescence.

PEOPLE WHO DIDN"T LIKE IT said they didn't like the "cool" feeling on their face/that it felt more like a burning feeling because their skin is ultra-sensitive.
