For health, hygiene & safety reasons, Nancy Boy products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. (We don't imagine you would want to purchase something that's ever left our premises, and we wouldn't ever want to sell it to you.) We don't, as a matter of course, offer refunds on our products.
